DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please Note: These are approximate delivery times considering various factors. Generally, our delivery is quite speedy although we suggest ordering in advance to ensure on time delivery
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. Please ensure you contact us at email@example.com so you may have a ticket number. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt.
If you purchase has a fault, we have got to be notified upon receiving your order – Any flawed – faulty item reported after this period will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.
Items are couriered / posted to our customers while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition – wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw.
If you need to cancel your order you need to email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
We will process your return upon receiving your parcel.
Please allow us 28 working days for a refund to show on your bank statement.
- You have 10 working days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is fault, or you have received an incorrect order please email us.
- Do not forget to email us ASAP.
